 A Gift Certificate to Alamelu’s Cooking Class is perfect for anyone interested in Culinary Arts, Trying New Things, or that someone who has “Everything.”
It is a thoughtful gift and event for Couples, Bridesmaids, Family Fun, and Cooking or Culinary Clubs. For those interested in South Indian Cooking, it is an experience and training they will thoroughly enjoy and remember for years to come.
The gift certificates entitles the bearer for a two (2) hour instruction including teaching how to prepare 3 to 4 dishes; orienting the clients (adults and kids) to spices and legumes, how to assemble a basic spice pantry for ease of preparation (buying, cost and assembling).

This program will be fun, exciting and can transform even vegetable haters into vegetable lovers!
A timely, wellness program for a club, or a small social gathering, or at the workplace for the staff. Alamelu Vairavan, author of two cookbooks will be your guide to a new approach to eating. This program will awaken your senses and will open new doors to healthy and enjoyable eating.
