Alamelu’s newest book titled, “Chettinad Kitchen: Simplified Enticing Flavors” is scheduled to be released in November 2010. The book, published by Westland-TATA publishing company, Delhi, India. It presents delightful, easy-to-prepare recipes from the great cuisine of the famous Chettinad region of South India.
